The New York Specialty CLE Credit Bundle includes seven (7)  hours of CLE that includes the required four (4) hours in Ethics, one (1) hour in Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection-General, and one (1) hours in Diversity, Inclusion & Elimination of Bias.

The New York CLE Board allows attorneys to take all twenty-four (24) required CLE hours through on-demand programs, including the four (4) required hours in Ethics, one (1) hour in Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection-General, and one (1) hour in Diversity, Inclusion & Elimination of Bias.

Bundle Update: Starting January 1, 2023, New York attorneys will be required to complete at least one (1) hour in Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection every two years. The total credits required remains the same (24).
