The Nebraska 10-Credit Compliance Bundle contains ten (10) MCLE hours including two (2) required hours in Professional Responsibility. All programs are approved by the Nebraska MCLE Commission.

For 2020 Compliance, the Nebraska MCLE Commission is allowing attorneys to take all ten (10) MCLE credit hours online, including the two (2) required hours in Professional Responsibility.

The Nebraska Supreme Court entered an order this week lifting the 5 hour cap on distance based courses. For attorney CLE reports due prior to Jan. 20, 2021: Attorneys may submit up to 10 credits of distance learning to satisfy the annual requirement. Attorneys should continue to use the class type designation to describe the nature of the course.
