Nebraska 10-Credit Compliance Bundle - for 2021 Compliance 052722

Save time with our hand-selected Compliance Bundles tailored to satisfy your mandatory state requirements.

The Nebraska 10-Credit Compliance Bundle contains ten (10) MCLE hours including two (2) required hours in Professional Responsibility. All programs are approved by the Nebraska MCLE Commission.

For 2021 Compliance, the Nebraska MCLE Commission is allowing attorneys to take all ten (10) MCLE credit hours online, including the two (2) required hours in Professional Responsibility.

In response to the coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic, the Nebraska Supreme Court has determined it necessary to allow all 10 required credits to be obtained without attending live education (regular/traditional class type) for 2021.  As attorneys file annual reports for 2021 in December, reports that have no live education will be accepted when they contain at least 10 total credits including 2 that qualify as professional responsibility/ethics.

You have one year from the date of purchase to complete your programs.

Transactional Practice Boot Camp: Part 2 - Cheat Sheet for Approaching New Transactional Assignments: How to Figure Out What You Should be Doing Next
Students and young lawyers often use an "ad hoc" approach treating "every problem as a different problem." Since I have needed to teach students who have never done transactional law how to begin working on complex projects very quickly, I have tried to create a teachable, universal approach to beginning transactional assignments. This approach I will teach holds true whether the solution requires a client call, an internal/external memo, drafting a contract, or prosecuting intellectual property (copyright, trademark, or patent registrations).
