2020 Rule Change in Response to COVID-19: The Kansas Supreme Court issued Administrative Order 2020-RL-033. This order waives the limitation on pre-recorded programming and allows attorneys to earn all 12 CLE credit hours through online, on-demand, and/or pre-recorded programming.
