Description

Few lawyers enter the profession with management experience; law schools offer little, if any, preparation. All too often lawyers must learn to manage their firm's most significant asset (its people) on the fly and without a great deal of support. Human capital may be difficult to quantify, but when it is wasted or not effectively used, a firm will not survive, let alone prosper.
