Join Professor Saltzman as he explains and provides insight into each of the 19 Supreme Court cases decided during the 2021-2022 term that involved criminal law issues.

This program is intended to promote the use of mediation as a time and cost saving measure for administrative proceedings. Mediation would help administrative tribunals with (1) very heavy caseloads and (2) work with cases and issues that are suitable for mediation. The panel discussion will examine the benefits and drawbacks that experienced mediators encountered in their work.
