Lynn has earned an international reputation for her deep and expansive understand of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), the European Union Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), and especially how these regulatory programs pertain to nanotechnology, industrial biotechnology, synthetic biology, and other emerging transformative technologies.

Eve Gartner is a litigator in the Healthy Communities Program at Earthjustice, where she heads efforts to protect human health form toxic chemicals. Prior to joining Earthjustice, Eve spent more than 15 years as an attorney defending reproductive justice, including serving as the Deputy Director for Litigation at Planned Parenthood Federation of America. She is a graduate of Columbia University School of Law.
