Description

With the switch to a remote workforce due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many legal teams have been forced to rely on convoluted and outdated systems to manage contracts and legal agreements. This has led to missed deadlines, lost opportunities, and unacceptable levels of risk for organizations, including security and compliance risk.

In this session we will break down the key risks exposed by remote work and how cloud-based, automated contract management can help legal teams:

  • Reduce contractual and compliance risk with automated notifications, configurable approval workflows, and full audit trails
  • Eliminate confusion and needless communication in contract lifecycle management when colleagues are working remotely
  • Offer specific examples on how CLM can boost transparency, efficiency, and revenue in organizations
  • Tighten security with all data secured in a single, cloud-based solution

This program was recorded on Monday, October 26th, 2020.
