Harriet joined Hogan Lovells in 2012 from the IBM Corporation, where among other roles she served as Vice President Security Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer (CPO) from 2000-12.

She currently leads Hogan Lovells' global multi-disciplinary cybersecurity practice and also serves as the firm's first Innovation and New Ventures partner, a role in which she is responsible for sparking and supporting ideas for new client solutions.

Harriet co-founded and has co-chaired the Georgetown Cybersecurity Law Institute since 2012 and serves on a number of advisory boards. She helped found and served for a decade on the board of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, an organization that recognized her longstanding leadership in the privacy field in 2007 by awarding her its Vanguard Award.

As the General Counsel at Fidelis Cybersecurity, Inc., Brenna Lenchak provides practical and focused advice for the company and manages all aspects of regulatory compliance. Brenna has more than 15 years of experience as a trusted legal advisor for technology companies, with significant experience in the areas of cyber security, cloud, and professional services. She has been recognized for her ability to develop creative solutions for complex and high risk business issues and initiatives.

Prior to joining Fidelis, Brenna was the global strategic Associate General Counsel for Westcon Group, Inc., a $6 billion dollar distributor of technology products and services. She was responsible for providing practical and focused legal advice on security, collaboration, networking, data center and cloud services teams. Brenna also negotiated complex international transactions related to SaaS, TaaS, managed services, product resale and the distribution of subscription-based offerings.

Previous roles included Senior Counsel at Inmarsat, Inc., a global satellite company, where she provided advice primarily for the global maritime sales organization, and as a Senior Associate at Kalik Lewin, where she advocated on behalf of Brazilian orange juice and Ukrainian steel companies before the US Department of Commerce, USITC, and the Court of International Trade.

Brenna is a graduate of American University with her JD from The Catholic University of America.

Erika Brown Lee is a Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Mastercard. Ms. Brown Lee leads the team that develops policies, provides guidance, and ensures compliance with privacy and data protection laws across the company’s products and services, including payment processing, data analytics, and fraud-related activities for North America, Latin America and the Caribbean.

Ms. Brown Lee is the former Chief Privacy and Civil Liberties Officer of the U.S. Department of Justice, where she served as the principal advisor to the Attorney General on privacy and civil liberties matters. Ms. Brown Lee co-chaired the DOJ breach response team, played a leadership role among agencies working to develop privacy-related legislation, and provided regular briefings to Capitol Hill. She received an Attorney General Award for Exceptional Contributions in Negotiating a Data Protection and Privacy Agreement with the E.U. Ms. Brown Lee also served in the Federal Trade Commission’s Division of Privacy & Identity Protection., and chaired the ABA’s Privacy & Information Security Committee. Ms. Brown Lee serves on the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) Advisory Board for Women Leading Privacy.

Elisa advises international and domestic clients on a broad range of privacy and data protection issues, including on compliance with Canadian and European (GDPR) law requirements, data breach management, anti-spam legislation and strategic questions such as big data analytics. She also advises clients on technology and e-commerce matters. Elisa’s clients operate in various industries, including IT, energy, telecommunications, online media and advertising, aviation and aeronautics, financial services, retail, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals.

Prior to joining BLG, Elisa practiced technology and privacy law in Montréal and in Paris.

Elisa is a member of the Paris Bar since 2002 and of the Québec Bar since 2011. She is an officer of the Technology Law Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA) and is acting as the liaison agent for the Paris Bar in Québec. She is also a Registered Trademark Agent in Canada and a member of ITechLaw and CAN-TECH.

As Associate General Counsel at Mission Lane, LLC, Cheryl serves as the lead transactional attorney and is responsible for negotiating, drafting and managing vendor contracts, joint ventures, equity investments and technology transactions and advising on strategic, legal and regulatory matters.

As principal at Legalsy PLC, Cheryl was Special Counsel at Blackbaud, Inc., BLKB, the world’s leader in providing cloud software and services for the social good community and Special Counsel, Privacy & Compliance at Greystar, the global leader in rental housing.
Cheryl previously worked in-house at Blackbaud as Deputy General Counsel, negotiating transactions, overseeing corporate governance, providing counsel and training to Human Resources, leading compliance efforts and managing the Sales contracts team.

Cheryl started her career at Capital One as a senior member of the commercial contracting team, where she developed best in class commercial agreements, policies and training on contracting and vendor management best practices training for Capital One University. Cheryl is a cum laude graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and received her JD from the University of Richmond School Of Law, where she served as the Executive Editor of the Richmond Law Review.
