Christine Binotti is Lead Counsel for Motorola Solutions, specializing in Labor and Employment, Immigration/Employee Mobility, and Data Privacy.

Before becoming an expert in Labor and Employment law, Christine served as the lead Solutions Procurement Counsel for Motorola’s Global Services and Solutions business and provided commercial legal support for Motorola’s North American Sales team. Prior to joining Motorola, Christine served as Counsel for La Petite Academy, Inc., the nation’s leading early education and child care provider. She is well versed in all aspects of legal compliance, including Labor and Employment, Data Privacy and Protection, Employee Benefits, Employment Litigation, Immigration/Employee Mobility and Commercial Contracting.

Christine currently serves as a Committee Member for the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Street Law Program. Christine graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

Renee Lowe

L. Renee Lowe is a Sr. Assistant County Attorney with Harris County Attorney Vince Ryan’s Office and serves as in-house counsel for Harris Health System, a fully integrated health care system that cares for all residents of Harris County, Texas, the third most-populous county in the U.S. Renee has been a licensed practicing attorney for over 17 years. Renee’s primary practice focus includes data protection and privacy, including cybersecurity, and intellectual property, and she has extensive experience in technology transactions, licensing, and software matters. Renee provides legal consultation on a wide range of privacy and security issues including release of health information, breach notification and reporting requirements, and mitigation of harm for unauthorized release of information. Renee also assists her client with implementing internal controls to prevent, detect, and respond to a data breach; including drafting privacy and security policies, selecting a framework, identifying the organization’s greatest security risks, and prioritizing implementation of, and compliance with, internal controls.

Renee received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business and Accounting from the University of Louisiana at Monroe; an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Information Management from Community College of Air Force; a Juris Doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University; and two Masters of Laws degrees, one in Health Law and a second in Intellectual Property and Information Law, from the University of Houston Law Center.

Colleen Batcheler serves as the executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for Conagra Brands, Inc., one of North America’s leading branded food companies. Colleen is a member of the company’s senior leadership team and oversees all of its legal and government affairs activity.

She joined Conagra in 2006 and became its general counsel in 2008. Colleen’s legal practice has provided her direct engagement on the company’s most strategic work; she spends her time on corporate governance and Board advisory matters, M&A, securities regulation and executive compensation, while also proudly leading a team of legal and government affairs professionals in the pursuit of the company’s goals.

Colleen was previously vice president and corporate secretary for Albertson's, Inc., associate counsel with The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, and an associate with the law firm of Jones Day.

Colleen earned a B.A. in political science from SUNY Fredonia and her J.D. from Case Western Reserve School of Law. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Hubbard Street Dance Chicago and an emeritus trustee of Case Western Reserve University.
