As the former Director of Legal Operations at an energy company, he was responsible for the development and administration of processes and systems that supported the legal department and its collaboration with all company employees, law firms, and third-party legal providers. As former Chief Knowledge Officer for a global law firm, he directed the strategic direction of global knowledge management initiatives, leading the knowledge management, client risk and acceptance, and client collaboration teams. He also designed and led legal project management initiatives in support of the firm's pricing, matter budgeting and client service strategy.

He is a nationally recognized public speaker on legal operations, legal project management, knowledge management, and technology strategy.
