Description

Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) is a practice management strategy of corporate legal departments, insurance claims departments, Intellectual Property, and contract management.

Using technology enables business enterprises to streamline their legal functions to achieve high-efficiency gains for the overall business function. By design, the ELM model is predicated on improving all legal functions, including litigation management, contract lifecycle management, risk and compliance, legal hold, IPR, legal spend, and e-billing.

Join our distinguished panelists from corporate legal departments, legal technology providers, and law firms as we examine several interesting ELM case studies to illustrate its criticality to Legal Ops.

This program was recorded as part of ALM's Legalweek 2021 Virtual Conference on May 11th, 2021.
