Description

Today’s GCs, regardless of the size of the law department, are constantly looking for ways to improve department performance, deliver even better legal services, find cost efficiencies and liberate staff time to spend on strategic and value-add projects. Outside counsel and alternative service providers exist to make the corporate legal department operate more efficiently, however there is also a need for law firms and legal technology vendors to become more innovative in determining what the needs of the legal department are.

In this session, GCs will discuss how they are leveraging and utilizing alternative legal services -- from the Big 4, to law firms and robolawyers -- to improve operations and streamline the legal department.

This program was recorded as part of ALM & Corporate Counsel's Annual General Counsel Conference on September 25th, 2019.
