Jennifer Clark

Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary
The RMR Group

Jennifer Clark is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of The RMR Group, a Newton, MA based alternative asset management company with more than $27 billion of assets under management. Jennifer’s responsibilities include overseeing RMR’s legal and risk management functions while coordinating and working as a team member with other groups at RMR and its managed companies to optimize outcomes.

Jennifer’s non-legal responsibilities at RMR include managing RMR’s Leadership Development Program, a management training program, and founding and directing RMR Leans In, a program designed to develop and support women leaders at RMR.

She has a BA in English and American Literature from Brandeis University and received her JD from the Boston University School of Law. In addition to her husband, two children and two dogs, Jennifer loves visiting the Southwest and, as much as she hates to admit it, shopping.

Kim Sinatra

Ms. Kim Marie Sinatra has been General Counsel and Secretary at Wynn Resorts, Limited since February 2006 and serves as its Executive Vice President. since February 2006. Ms. Sinatra has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Worldwide Wynn, LLC since January 2004. She also serves as an officer of several of its subsidiaries. She served as Senior Vice President of Wynn Resorts, Limited. since January 2004.

From January 2003 to January 2004, she acted as an independent consultant. Ms. Sinatra served Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Caesars Entertainment Inc. from January 2000 to January 2003 and served as its Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel from May 2001 to January 2002. She served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of The Griffin Group from 1993 to 1996 and 1998-2001. She has been Non-Executive Director at Wynn Macau, Limited since April 1, 2017. Ms. Sinatra practiced law with the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP as a partner from 1996 to 1998 and an associate from 1987 to 1992.

Eulonda Skyles

Ms. Skyles is an experienced, trusted legal adviser, who specializes in intellectual property matters and privacy and data security. Ms. Skyles specializes in patent litigation matters, IP portfolio management and development, complex technology transactions, and privacy and data security incident response and compliance. Her litigation experience also includes representing technology companies in e-commerce, class actions, employment, bankruptcy, and corporate derivative suits.

Ms. Skyles is currently Assistant General Counsel for Privacy at Capital One in McLean, VA, and previously served as Assistant General Counsel for IP Litigation. Before that, Ms. Skyles was Of Counsel at Orrick Herrington as a part of its intellectual property and data security and privacy groups in Washington, D.C. Previously, she served as head of litigation and risk management/compliance at SafeNet, Inc., a data security and encryption technology company based in Maryland. Prior to SafeNet, she ran her own law practice, Skyles Law Group in the greater Washington metro area, where she managed litigation and other dispute resolution matters for a variety of technology and media companies.

Before moving to the East Coast, Ms. Skyles worked for over a decade in Silicon Valley. She held the role of Litigation Counsel for Yahoo! Inc., where she oversaw domestic and international litigation and provided legal counsel to business clients in the areas of product planning, product compliance, litigation avoidance, and contractual matters such as technology licensing, indemnities, warranties, joint-ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Skyles also worked as a Litigation Associate for Fenwick & West LLP in Palo Alto, California and was a law clerk for the Honorable William H. Orrick, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Ms. Skyles graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University with a B.A. in History. She obtained a J.D. from Stanford Law School, where she was an editor of the Stanford Law Review.

Marie Oh Huber

Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs, General Counsel & Secretary
eBay

Marie Oh Huber heads the global legal and government relations function for eBay. She and her team partner with the businesses to drive the purpose and success of eBay and its buyers and sellers. Her responsibilities include overseeing the company's global legal department, risk management program, and its policy group. She is responsible for interactions with content regulators, law enforcement, IP, corporate governance and SEC compliance, contracts, and other legal and government relations matters. Marie's passion for eBay's purpose of creating opportunity by empowering small and medium businesses is what compelled her to join the eBay family as it enters its next chapter.

She has 25 years of strategic business and legal experience in global Fortune 500 companies. She has an extensive track record as a business leader and advising boards of directors and executive leadership on global strategy, M&A, corporate governance, legal and compliance, IP, and operational matters.

Marie joined eBay in May 2015 from Agilent where she served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary since 2009. She was responsible for communications, regulatory affairs and quality assurance, government affairs, and philanthropy at Agilent. For the previous ten years she also held positions of increasing responsibility at Agilent and prior to that at HP. She has a BA in Economics cum laude from Yale, studied at the London School of Economics and received her JD from the Northwestern University School of Law. She serves on the boards of the James Campbell Company LLC and the Silicon Valley Community Foundation.

Marie is a strong champion for diversity and inclusion, paying it forward, and giving back to the community. She has received a Women’s Legal Defense and Education Fund’s 2015 Women of Achievement Award, a 2014 National Diversity Council's Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology distinction, and an Inside Counsel Transformative Leadership Award in 2013.
