Dr. Irina Matveeva is responsible for Reveal’s data science organization and applying machine learning and natural language processing approaches throughout the Reveal platform. She is an Adjunct Professor at the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) and has nearly a decade of both practical and academic experience in natural language processing.

Dr. Matveeva received her Ph.D. from the University of Chicago. She co-chaired the TextGraphs workshops in 2012, 2011, 2008, and 2007, and is a reviewer for multiple prestigious journals and publications.

Ilan Sherr advises on all areas of competition law, including cartels, anti-competitive agreements, merger control and state aid. He also advises on EU law, trade and free-movement.

Ilan has published widely. He edits the Westlaw Insight sections on (1) Abuse of Dominance, (2) Anti-competitive Agreements and (3) the Cartel Offence. He is a contributing author to the leading text book "EU Law of State Aid" by Oxford University Press and is a regular contributor to the on-line competition journal Concurrences.

Aaron has worked in litigation since 2001 overseeing 120 trials during his career. Currently, Aaron serves as the Director of Legal Operations & Litigation Management for Balfour Beatty, a $14 Billion market-cap multinational infrastructure group with capabilities in construction services, engineering, and infrastructure investments. Before joining Balfour Beatty, Aaron was the first ever non-attorney to serve as Director of Litigation for Copart, Inc. – a multi-billion dollar public company in the automotive technology space.

Prior to working in-house, Aaron worked for several top litigation law firms in Dallas and New York as their senior managing trial paralegal. Contemporaneous to his day job, Aaron is the adjunct professor of legal technology, eDiscovery, and litigation management at Southern Methodist University, where he previously earned his Bachelor's degree in Jurisprudential studies and a graduate-level Paralegal certificate. Most recently, Aaron completed a professional certificate in Data Science & Analytics for Executives from Columbia University in New York, and a Micro Masters in Artificial Intelligence from MIT. In addition to authoring numerous articles in the areas of litigation management and legal technology, Aaron has been called as a subject-matter expert at trial for cases involving discovery abuse and violations. Aaron also serves as VP of Education for the Association of Certified eDiscovery Specialist (ACEDS) – North Texas, and as President of the Dallas Area Paralegal Association (DAPA).

Isha is the Seinor Data Scientist Lead at Reveal-Brainspace. She received her MS in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Aaron Crews is the Senior Vice President of Analytics & Artificial Intelligence at UnitedLex.

Prior to joining UnitedLex, he was Littler's first Chief Data Analytics Officer. Aaron brings an extensive background focused on the intersection of technology, business and the law.

Aaron managed the operations of Littler’s data analytics practice and leads the development and implementation of technology-based solutions that provide value to the firm and its clients. He also uses data analytics tools to facilitate process improvements and efficiencies, and assist in protocols for the secure handling of data.

He also has extensive experience conducting pay equity audits for all types of employers, from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies, and helped develop the Littler Pay Equity Assessment™, including counseling employers on a broad range of state and federal issues related to pay equity, from compliance, to updating policies and job descriptions, to training managers and recruiters, and more.

Aaron previously served as one of the firm's eDiscovery counsel. In that capacity, he also assisted with developing strategies for efficient and effective data harvesting, review and production, and implementing cost-shifting and cost reduction strategies.

Jay Leib is responsible for the Reveal platform’s innovation and strategy and tasked with accelerating the adoption of Reveal’s Brainspace and NexLP artificial intelligence technology. Jay is the founder and former CEO of NexLP, which Reveal acquired in August of 2020. Prior to founding NexLP, Jay served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Relativity. He has more than two decades of experience in the technology field and has worked on some of the largest eDiscovery and fraud projects in the world. Jay holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a bachelors from Columbia College.
