In addition to covering all of the bank’s intellectual property matters in the region, Alex regularly advises on incident preparedness, incident response, regulatory awareness and advocacy, regulatory implementation and other projects related to cybersecurity. Alex works closely with Barclays’ Chief Security Office and the broader Legal and Compliance teams.

Before joining Barclays in 2013, Alex was a litigator with Fross Zelnick Lehrman & Zissu, P.C. and Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Alex is a graduate of Harvard Law School.
