Description

A high quality contract repository/ management system is an integral part of a department’s efficiency metrics. Organization are using technologies to automate all types of daily tasks, such as approval processes, populating and electronically signing contracts, and transmitting them to an existing online repository. Further extensions include the ability to discover contracts across networks, triage disputes more effectively and extract valuable data that can inform office decisions.
