Brent E. Kidwell is the Firm’s Chief Information Security Officer. Mr. Kidwell manages the firm’s information security and governance program, working with clients and others to implement robust strategies and controls designed to protect client and firm data. In addition, Mr. Kidwell leverages years of experience as a commercial litigator to help clients proactively prepare for electronic discovery and reactively implement strategies and plans for collecting, processing, analyzing and producing data in litigation. Mr. Kidwell has assisted clients in managing terabytes of data efficiently and cost-effectively for some of the Firm’s largest matters. He also advises clients on digital forensics, information and records management strategies, and data security, protection and privacy issues. In addition to his work for clients, Mr. Kidwell is responsible for the Firm’s data security and information technology risk management activities, as well as its knowledge management efforts.

Roy Zur, serial entrepreneur and the CEO of Cybint, has more than 13 years of experience in cyber and intelligence operations from the Israeli security forces (Retired Major), and has developed cyber training programs and technology for financial institutions, law firms and government agencies around the world. Prior to leading Cybint, he received Law & Business degrees from Tel-Aviv university, was certified as a lawyer, and served as a legal adviser in the Israeli Supreme Court, and as the chairman of the Israeli legislative Research Center.

David Kessler

David Kessler is the Public Sector Counsel for Verizon Enterprise Solutions.

Previously, David served as General Counsel, Director & Managing Attorney of McAfee Public Sector LLC, a subsidiary of McAfee LLC, one of the largest cybersecurity companies in the world. At McAfee, he managed a team that was responsible for all transactional and compliance matters in support of McAfee’s Public Sector business. He also recently served as McAfee’s Chief Compliance Officer, and managed a team that is responsible for all aspects of its ethics and compliance program, including anti-corruption, polices and training, export controls and internal investigations.

Prior to McAfee, David served as Group Corporate Counsel for the Public Sector business unit of Autodesk, Inc., a 2D and 3D software design manufacturer. He also served as Senior Corporate Counsel – Public Sector with Symantec Corporation, and was a senior associate with the international law firm of Greenberg Traurig, LLP.

He received his B.A. from the University of Florida and his J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law.
