Description

More often than expected, amidst the more plain vanilla lawsuits and regulatory investigations familiar to in-house counsel, a seemingly simple case can transform into a complex situation. In such an instance, the skill and endurance of the in-house counsel is tested.

During this session, our panel experts will discuss how to recognize signs of complex cases, the critical task of reducing overall risk and the development and application of appropriate resource allocation and cost management strategies.

This program was recorded on October 12th, 2017.
