Healthcare is subject to a complex array of statutes and regulations that govern interactions between all individuals and entities participating in the healthcare industry. The fraud and abuse laws are foremost among the challenges because the fraud and abuse laws control interactions between providers and others in the industry. Our panel of experts will provide an introduction to Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act and other laws and the consequences of failing to comply with these laws.

Ms. Dresevic has written extensively on subjects across the spectrum of health care law, including, co-authoring a monthly column in the Association for Medical Imaging Management's (AHRA) publication, Link, regarding up-to-date legal issues relevant to imaging providers and suppliers.
