Description

Practitioners should consider whether their eDiscovery collection and processing tools meet the requirements under Amendments to Rule 902 to authenticate electronic data. This panel will dive into what the amendments mean in terms of establishing best practice for collection and processing data to take advantage of the shortcut for authentication thereby reducing the likelihood of challenges to admissibility of evidence.
