This program is specifically designed for attorneys who are already experienced in the trial of medical malpractice cases. Other programs have focused on the basic techniques involved in such trials or have been demonstration trials. In this program, however, the most successful medical malpractice trial lawyers from each side will discuss their respective views about strategy and technique. In addition, because the panel will be composed of both plaintiff's and defendant's attorneys, each side will suggest how they would deal with the techniques and strategies described by the other side.
