Corporate counsels are finding that agility and resilience are important skills in these times of change and uncertainty. GCs are dealing with brewing crises, technology disruption in the core business as well as in legal service delivery, volatile geopolitics affecting regulation and reputational risk, diverse stakeholder needs, and the need to help their teams manage stress- while also managing their own careers. In this session, a global leader will discuss what agility and resilience mean to them, and how they succeeded in uncertain, complex and ambiguous times. They'll also share what works to initiate, manage and respond to change.
