For 2020 Compliance Deadlines: On April 15, 2020, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued a Court Order temporarily waiving the six (6) hour limitation on distance learning credits for 2020 compliance deadlines. Attorneys in Pennsylvania may now complete all 12 hours of their 2020 CLE requirements though approved distance learning activities. Also, Group 1 deadlines which were originally April 30th have been extended to August 31, 2020. Group 2 and 3 deadlines will remain the same.

What to Expect from Our Pennsylvania CLE Courses

CLE Center makes being compliant with Pennsylvania CLE requirements simple! Create an account then take the courses online and on-demand. Courses are given in easily digestible audio and video formats from our unique and respected sources. Pennsylvania requires that codes are given out during the program. Enter the codes at the end of the programs you CLE Center will report your credits for you!

Reporting Date Rule :

Attorneys must complete all credits by their group deadline.
Group 1 Deadline: April 30th
Group 2 Deadline: August 31st
Group 3 Deadline: December 31st reports all CLE credits taken online to the PA Continuing Legal Education Board. Please make sure you have updated your MCLE Profile to include your bar number so we can report the hours for you.

Credits Attorney Can Earn on

Attorneys in Pennsylvania can earn up to six (6) of their twelve (12) required CLE hours online including the two (2) required in ethics.

As required by PACLE, a verification code is embedded into each program to ensure that you have watched or listened to the program for which you are claiming CLE credit.

CLE Center is a subsidiary of ALM. For your reference, our accreditation is listed as 'ALM' with the PA Continuing Legal Education Board.

Carryover Rule/Restrictions: Distance learning (on-demand viewing) may not be carried over into another compliance period.
