Effective January 1, 2016, Newly admitted NY attorneys may take on-demand audio or video courses in the categories of Law Practice Management and Areas of Professional Practice. The Skills requirement and the Ethics & Professionalism requirements remain the same therefore newly admitted NY attorneys must earn those credits in traditional formats or formats that have simultaneous interaction.
