Build Your New York Bundle

The New York Build Your Bundle includes twenty-four (24) CLE credit hours and allows you to select the courses you wish to take to fulfill your required CLE including four (4) required hours in Ethics, one (1) hour in Diversity, Inclusion & Elimination of Bias and one (1) hour in Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection-General or Ethics.

The New York CLE Board allows attorneys to take all twenty-four (24) required CLE hours online, including the four (4) required hours in Ethics, one (1) hour in Diversity, Inclusion & Elimination of Bias and one (1) hour in Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection-General or Ethics.

After purchase, you can add programs to your bundle to begin receiving credit. You have one year from the date of purchase to complete your programs.

Experienced Attorneys: May earn the entire CLE requirement of twenty-four (24) accredited CLE credit hours through CLECenter.com. At least four (4) of these credit hours must be in Ethics and one (1) in Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias.

Newly Admitted Attorneys: Effective January 1, 2016, Newly admitted NY attorneys may take on-demand audio or video courses in the categories of Law Practice Management and Areas of Professional Practice. The Skills requirement and the Ethics & Professionalism requirements remain the same. The new change could be found here:

Attendance Validation Process:
A verification code is embedded in each course to ensure that you verify your attendance to claim CLE credit.

Carry Over Credit Rules: Experienced attorneys may carry over six (6) credit hours to the next biennial reporting cycle, including those in Ethics and Diversity, Inclusion & Elimination of Bias. 

Newly admitted attorneys cannot carry over Ethics and/or Professionalism credits.
